At PLP Consulting Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality insurance consulting services tailored to your needs. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.


  1. Consultation Fees – One-Time Sessions

For single consultation bookings (e.g., the Basic starts from $99 session):

Full Refund: Available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel within 12–24 hours of the appointment.

No Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before, or if you miss the session without prior notice.

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 12 hours’ notice and no additional cost.


  1. Monthly or Subscription Plans

If you’re enrolled in our Standard or Premium monthly plans:

Full Refund: Only available within 7 days of your initial subscription if no consulting sessions or services have been used.

Pro-Rated Refunds: Not offered after sessions or services have been delivered during the billing cycle.

You may cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle. No future payments will be charged after cancellation.

  1. Custom or Enterprise Services

Custom service packages and enterprise-level solutions are quoted and billed based on specific agreements.

Refunds: Not applicable once work has begun, as time, research, and strategic planning are initiated upon agreement.

In the case of disputes or dissatisfaction, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through service credits, revisions, or additional consultation time.


  1. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

Administrative/setup fees

Downloaded resources, reports, or audits already delivered

No-show appointments without prior notice

Time already spent on consultations or deliverables

Your full name

Service or plan purchased

Reason for the refund request

Proof of payment or transaction ID (if applicable)

We will process your request within 5–7 business days, and if approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
